I’m Ashleigh, a Certified Infant Sleep Consultant based in North Shropshire. I have two little ones who I am proud to say are excellent teeny dreamers and learning how to get them to sleep so well encouraged me to go and help other parents in my local community.

As a sleep consultant I work with parents 1:1 to achieve their individual sleep goals.
After discussing the difficulties you’re experiencing, your needs and how you want things to look going forward, I will assess your little ones current routine and come to you with a clear plan of action based around a gentle method proven to get the sleep you need.
